Return Policy
Return Eligibility
Return requests must be initiated within 10 business days of confirmed delivery. If more than 10 business days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund, credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging and in resalable new condition exactly as received. Returned merchandise that is used, damaged, incomplete, improperly packaged or otherwise not in resalable condition may be refused or subject to reduced refund value.
Custom printed, special order and made-to-order items are final sale unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Orders over $150.00 may be subject to a restocking fee depending on the product, quantity and condition returned.
Orders receiving free shipping, volume pricing or promotional discounts may be subject to adjustment if a return changes the qualifying order terms.
Sample orders and orders with a product value below $20.00 are considered final sale. We may also decline partial returns where the returned portion totals less than $20.00 in product value.
Clearance, liquidation and specifically marked final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
Orders Outside Canada & the Continental United States
Orders shipped outside the continental United States and Canada are not eligible for return. Any unauthorized returned merchandise may be refused or discarded without notice.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Europe
- Asia
- International islands or territories
- Orders requiring air service
How To Initiate A Return
Please do not send any merchandise back without contacting us first.
The best method for initiating a return is by email at info@bandanashop.ca. We recommend replying directly to your order or shipping confirmation email so we can quickly locate your order details.
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide either:
- A return authorization and return instructions
- Or a notice explaining why the request was declined
Return authorization responses may take up to 2 business days during peak periods.
Once authorized, returned merchandise must be shipped back within 10 business days to the return address provided.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Returned merchandise remains the responsibility of the customer until received by us. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insurable shipping service.
Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refused, unclaimed or undeliverable shipments may be subject to outbound shipping charges, return shipping charges, carrier penalty fees and/or restocking fees before any refund or credit is issued.
To complete your return, proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Packaging & Quantity Requirements
Returns must match the original unit quantities sold. Partial returns of split packs, assortments or broken package quantities are not eligible for refund or credit.
For example:
- A pack of 12 bandanas must be returned as the original pack of 12
- Partial returns from original package quantities may be refused

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund request.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Special order items and service charges are non-refundable
- Returns may take up to 30 days from delivery back to us for inspection and refund processing
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund:
- Recheck your bank or credit card account
- Contact your credit card provider, as posting delays can occur
- Contact your bank for additional processing information

Policy Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse returns, limit service, cancel orders or deny refund requests in cases of excessive returns, policy abuse, suspicious activity or violations of our published policies.
