General shipping:
All orders ship from our Montreal, Canada warehouse.
Orders placed by 2 pm eastern usually ship out the same day. Larger orders can take additional time to put together.

Shipping methods:
Note that we reserve the right to ship with other methods or carriers who can deliver within the same or faster timeline as any service paid for.

We do offer air service options. Pricing is shown on both the shopping cart page and during checkout prior to payment (so you can change your mind).

Delivery times:
Transit time for ground delivery can vary by location.
Since we ship from Montreal the closer you are to Montreal the quicker it will be delivered. Major city areas such as Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto and Quebec city are usually a 1 to 2 business day transit.
